We are a group of friends visited the Kathmandu Nepal which is one of the lifetime experience of our life. We just have a few days tour in Kathmandu city which is our plan but we add a day trip to Everest on helicopter flights instead of Nagarkot tour which is worth doing. We heard the Nagarkot and its view which is awesome if we can make but we decide to step the foot on the Everest region and see Everest close which makes us buying the best Everest Heli tour. The tour is expensive than what we are going to do in the original plan. We did not think of spending that much money just for a day trip but that’s Everest and we landed at 5300 meters above sea level which I think fair price from the magic Himalaya Company. Thanks to Nabin for providing the best experience of our life.
A day of Everest Helicopter tour
After we have the advice of sleeping early from Nabin. We went to bed early yesterday which makes us wake early after a wakeup call from the hotel. We mat the organizer Nabin in the lobby. We all went together to the airport by private jeep. On reaching the airport we wait some time to get a pass and drive to Heli port. We saw many helicopters from different Heli Company getting ready for the ride and rescue to different areas of Nepal. After starting from Kathmandu we reach the most dangerous airport Lukla on around 45 minutes. We stop there for some reason maybe fuel or somethings. Then the interesting journey starts with a good view of many mountains along with Everest. The pilot tells us about the villages, mountains, and other many things. We landed in Kalapather’s viewpoint which has the best view of Everest and many mountains. We can able to see base camp as well as Khumbu glaciers. On the way back we fly just over the base camp. We landed on the Everest view hotel for breakfast. We also get Sagarmatha national park permits here. After having breakfast, we fly back with the best moments of my life to Kathmandu.
