Here are the Terms and Conditions that need to be followed for Bookings. Look at all terms and conditions before visiting Nepal. Terms and conditions are very important information.
1) Payment and Refund Policy
When you confirm your trip. Need with scanning copy of one photograph. We also need a photocopy of your passport. clients need to make a 20% down payment of the total price for advance to domestic flights, and hotel bookings. The advance is also for permits Tims Card and necessary paperwork. Bank service charges should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.
To secure a place, a 20% Non-Refundable down payment is required to be made in advance as per the Company Policy. A 100% refund will be done for those people who booked the Joining Everest base camp helicopter tour and have no tour due to fewer people bad weather or insufficient participation. Those people who book the Everest base camp trek, Manaslu trekking, Annapurna base camp trek, and Annapurna circuit on a Group joining basis will not be refunded if there are no other participants for a trek. instead, he needs to continue with us with single supplementary charges.

3) Terms and Conditions for Last-Minute booking
We accept last-minute bookings 07 days prior to the tour starting date. Only available for Nepal trips. Please contact us to check out our availability. However, We don’t accept last-minute bookings for any Bhutan, India, China, and Tibet trips.
4) Terms and Conditions for Supplementary Charge System.
On our holiday tour and trek package. We provide rooms and tents on a sharing basis. So, Single supplementary charges will be imposed on clients. People who do not have another tour participant to share a room or tent with him/her. Single supplementary depends on the trek they doing along with the types of the trek.
5) Terms and Conditions for Incomplete Tour
No refund will be there for the clients who drop out of the journey. If any rescue or altitude sickness makes you come early from the trek. At that time NO REFUND.
6) Terms and Conditions for Unforeseen status
If Magic Himalaya Treks cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like war, Natural disasters, conflict, or unfavorable climate. We will be happy to refer you to an alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all money paid will be refunded. But remember that any expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
7) Terms and Conditions About Risk of Responsibility
You’re Safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We carry out our responsibility, honesty & sincerity to ensure your wonderful holiday time as well as you have desired. However, unless your trip may be changed under certain times such as landslides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flights, delayed arrivals, sickness or accident, etc. Any extra cost incurred there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
8) Impact on your Journey
We put us every effort to ensure your comfortable traveling. But it is a must to understand what you might be accustomed to in the Western affluent countries. The Himalayan countries may not afford such Facilities. Weather is another factor that may directly impact your journey. Thus, Patience in mind, enthusiasm, and proper preparation before the head must venture into a journey.
9) Travel Insurance
You should purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package. Insurance should include medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients.
10) Tour and Trekking Amendment
To make alternatives to any tours as well as trekking itineraries, prior notice is requested. You are advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be thankful to do so en route under certain circumstances for instance bad weather.
11) Your personal Belongings
During tour or trekking, our team crews will do their best to keep your luggage safe. In case of any loss, or damage by porters, ponies, or vehicles. Our company will not be responsible for the loss. To cover such a hazard, you are advised to purchase comprehensive Insurance.
12) Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be present in sequence for example to issue visa necessary permits etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time. Before the trip departs in the absence of essential papers and documents you are responsible.
13) Terms and Conditions for Flight Delay and Cancellation
There is virtually the possibility of flight delays. The flight was also postponement for notorious weather in the Himalayan regions. In particular places in the Everest region, there are many airports where flights are canceled. Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla are such regions. Trekking in remote areas, as well as the area described above, has the chance to have that problem.
Especially during the odd season. You’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays to avoid frustrating consequences. In case of flight cancellation, you need to meet your accommodation and food costs yourself.
