I extend my heartfelt greetings to my friends, trekkers, and all those who share a passion for mountains. Our group from Latvia had a memorable and remarkable experience on a trip in Nepal during the three weeks we spent there. We made two different treks—Mardi Himal & Poon Hill. Organization and all arrangements during our journey in Nepal were “on the shoulders” of trekking agency Magic Himalaya Treks. The guys from the agency were doing very well and were professional from the first minute we met them at the airport until they brought us back there after a three-week amazing journey. I can say only positive words about those guys—Nabin, Shanta, Keshap, and others. We are truly thankful to them and the trekking company Magic Himalaya Treks. During the first two weeks of trekking and one week of sightseeing and different excursions in Pokhara and Kathmandu, everything was arranged on the highest level. There was good transportation arranged in time and comfortable accommodation everywhere in cities and even in the smallest mountain villages. Food was excellent during the whole trip as well.
The Magic Himalaya team was very responsive with any of our requests, including assistance in purchasing trekking items or souvenirs. The Magic Himalaya team consistently provided excellent assistance and additional support, even with the smallest details, throughout all our trips. They possessed extensive knowledge about Nepalese culture and shared insightful stories about the mountains with us in tea houses. Our guides and porters were taking great care of every one of us for safety and comfort. They consistently inquired about our well-being and whether everything was in order. We truly felt safe in their hands, both regarding our well-being and the safety of our belongings. At the same time, there wasn’t any rush or any misunderstandings. Everyone was filled with positive energy and a delightful sense of humor as well. As a result, we felt relaxed and in a positive mood. The Magic Himalaya team was very open to any of our ideas or questions, helping us in every moment. They double-checked even our rooms behind us for forgotten items. Several times, I accidentally left some of my belongings behind. I always got those items back, thanks to Nabin.
Traveling with the Magic Himalaya Trek team was much better than we expected. I have no regrets about selecting them as our guides. Probably the best trekking agency in Nepal.
