Itinerary
After your arrivals in the Kathmandu Tribhuvan international airport, you will be greeted by representatives from Magic Himalaya Treks and expeditions. The representatives with your name board at the airport. You will be transferred to the hotel holy Himalaya or a similar category by our staff after finishing the custom formalities. After check in to the hotel and rest for while you will be introducing with your guide and he will help you with the preparation of trekking materials. In the evening you will go for a welcome dinner with our team and enjoy dinner in Nepalese cultural music and dance
Kathmandu –lukla-phakding(2652m)
3-4 hours walk Full Board Hotel/Lodge
After breakfast, our guide will transfer you to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport in the early morning. With the finest views of the Everest Himalayan range, we will land to the gateway destinations called Lukla (2840 m) where we will begin our trips. After reaching the tensing Hillary airport Lukla with 40 minutes flight above green hill surrounded by world high mountain peaks we will meet our remaining crew members and do some packing. After staying over there for a few minutes in prosperous village Lukla we will trek to Phakding. To have acclimatization we will hike around the village around the monastery. Stay Overnight stay at Phakding in Jorge garden or similar category and full board provided.

Phakding – nemche bazaar (3440 m)
5-6 hours walking Full Board Lodge/Guest House
Walking on the sides of Dudh Koshi River on the beautiful pine forests crossing many suspension ridges including famous Hillary suspension bridge we will able to catch the wonderful prospect of the Mt. Thamserku (6618 m). Passing the Benker, Chumoa, and Monjo on the way, we will reach the entrance check post of Sagarmatha national park where your permits for trekking will be checked. After that, we pass Jorsale the last before Sherpa capital Namche Bazaar. The trails climb up through forests and bridges until we reach the meeting of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi River. After accent about 2 hours, we will be able to see the first view of Mount Everest smiling peering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. We will stop for the view in Chauteri for few minutes which could be a good rest in climbing up as well. After that, we still need to hike up about 1.5 hours to reach the Sherpa capital the gateway to MT EVEREST and the main trading center of this region. Stay overnight in Yeti Mountain Home or a similar hotel on. The Full board provided.

Namche bazaar –Acclimatization day
Full Board
This is the schedule followed by each and every trekkers as it is recommended by the health experts to have a rest day and necessary to stay active and moving in the rest day instead o sitting idle. In the rest, we can hike to the Thame or in Khunde for relaxing and exploring the villages itself. Namche Bazaar is the main center of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, ATM, internet cafe, shops, a restaurant, a bakery, and colorful markets each Friday evening and Saturday. Our trek guides will take you to a tourist visitor’s center near the headquarter of the Sagarmatha national park where you can absorb things related to Everest climber Sherpa culture and will also learn about various plants and animals. We also take an interesting side up to Khumjung village which can be best for acclimatize and we can found airs tap in Syangboche. Just a few minutes from there we can see the Everest view hotels where lots of foreigners and especially Japanese come to stay during their Everest helicopter tour. Along with a great view of Everest, Kongde, Thamserku, and Khumbila, we will visit Hillary school and come back to Namche village after lunch. Watching into thin air movies or similar Everest expeditions movie in the guest house. Stay overnight in Yeti Mountain home or similar. The Full board provided.
Namche Bazaar to Tangboche (3860 m)
4-5 hours walking Full Board Hotel/Lodge
After breakfast, we start our trips towards Tengboche enjoying the superb view of mt Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Amadoblam and close up view of Thamserku. Our treks keep going on ups and downs overlooking the magnificent view of the great Himalayas. Along the way, we can spot wild lives and then the way go ups to Kayangjuma. After that, we will reach to Sansa where the path to Gokyo and trek to Everest base camp separated. Then the trails followed the pine forests and we also see prayers flags festooned bridge over Dudh Koshi River and passed them. We reach Phunki Thenga a small settlement for tea and a small army post amidst the alpine woods. After having relaxed a bit in Phungi tanga we will go to Tengboche which is step up to the hill. Tengboche is a great place close up views of Amadoblam, Nuptse and the Everest. Here we have a chance to explore the biggest Buddhist monastery all over in the Khumbu region. Stay overnight Everest summit lodge or similar in Pangboche. The Full board provided.

Tangboche to Namche bazzer (3440 m)
3-4 hours walking Full Board
We will trek down through the hillside blanketed by rhododendrons and juniper trees. If its spring, pink and red Rhododendrons flowers ablaze our surroundings. After crossing the prayer flags we need to walk up to the hill through jungles. When reaching the way of Khumjung village and way to Gokyo we walk straight looking at the stunning view of Amadablam, Thamserku, and many more. On reaching the guest house you will have a hot shower and have a relaxed sleep in your room. Overnight stay in Namche Bazzer at hotel Namche or similar. and full board provided.
Namchebazer to Phakding (2652 m)
3-4 hour walking Full Board
Trekking on the beautiful forests with seeing the mountain and smelling flowers we will trek down to Phakding. We will stay overnight in the luxurious lodge and enjoy the day by seeing and visiting the local’s area around there. We can go to playing pool in a small bar near the village. The Full board provided.
Phakding to lukla (2840 m)
2-3 hour walking Full Board Hotel/Guest House
Trek up to Lukla for 3 hours with enjoying the natural beauty. We Can enjoy visiting the village and market to pass time. Stay overnight in a luxurious lodge. The Full board provided.

Nepal is open for all kinds of trekking and hiking adventures so you can now visit Nepal. There are curtains rules you need to follow if you want to Visit Nepal. First things is you need to have a latest PCR report to get visa and visa need to be do online before you come. You also need to have a Corona insurance that covers at least US$5,000. Trekking guide and porter also need to have corona insurance that covers at least US$1000. We need to know you flights tickets details so that we can inform immigration's about your arrivals. Passport copies and pictures also need for doing paperwork's, TIMs and permits which we need to make before you come and send back to you which you need to show on different place.
After you arrival in Kathmandu, we will Pick you and Transfer to hotel where you will stay 8 days Quarantine and again check PCR test. The Negative Results will let you to do trekking and hiking. If you got Positive test you will have to stay quarantine or hospital depends on your conditions.

Everest luxury trek viewpoints
We have two Best viewpoints for Everest luxury trek. The two viewpoints are the Everest hotel viewpoint which we called Everest hotel viewpoint and the other is Syangbochea viewpoint. Both two viewpoints are as below:
Everest view hotel Viewpoint
The Everest view hotel is a famous Japanese hotel which is known for its Everest view. It is situated in 2880meters elevations. We can see the Everest, Nuptse range, Lhotse, Lhotse Shar, Amadablam, Thamserku, Khangdeka and many more. We are also able to see the Tengboche monastery from this viewpoint. Many people do the Everest base camp helicopter tour via this hotel. They also stop here for the view as well as breakfast. This is one of the highly-rated viewpoints of many travelers. It is worth to visit this viewpoint.
Syangbochea viewpoint
This is another viewpoint just like the Everest view hotel. We are also able to see all the mountains which are possible to see from the Everest view hotel. Some additional mountains such as Thame peak, Kongde ranges, Kusum Kangaroo and few others are possible to see. We are also able to see the Tengboche monastery. We will see Khumjung village as well as the Kongde hospital clearly from the top. It is situated on an elevation of 3900 meters above sea level. This viewpoint is another best option after the Everest view hotel. People do either anyone of these two.
Besides these two some people only visit Visitors Park in Namchabazar where we can see Everest and other few Himalayan ranges. This is just 5 minutes away from the center of Namcha villages. We have museum this park about the Everest regions and Mount Everest. Before reaching the Namchabazar we also have the first view of Everest from the way. This is also taken as one main viewpoint of Nepal.

Ans: 5***** hotel will be the accommodations during the Everest luxury trek. The hotel is Hyatt Regency, Annapurna Hotel or anyone in Kathmandu. The hotels are included in the BB plan. For Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu, you can eat at the hotel paying yourself or visit the Thamel for Looking at some nice restaurants.
Ans: This is a 5***** category service trek for luxury people so we will also have the best lodges during the trek. Places like Phakding, Namchebazar, and Lukla, we have 5-star category Yeti mountain home for the accommodation. These all are known as best lodges on these trails. In Tengboche, we don’t have any such luxury lodges so we will stay in Tashi Delak lodge which is one of the best in town.
Ans: Our guide is the professional people having a government licensed and long experience in the field of Trekking. Porters we will take from Lukla. We will contact our best porters who have done many treks and expeditions with Magic Himalaya. The staff feels comfortable because we will hire the best among the best.
Ans: Many People know that Lukla weather is Unpredictable. So, many people face flight canceled due to bad weather or wind. The early morning first flight is always safe so our company will try to book the first flights. We need to wake up early and reached the airport for the first flights. On the way back also we do the first flights to avoid any kinds of problems so be ready for that.
Ans: Tangboche monastery and the village is the highest point of the trek. We will nearly reach 3000 meters above sea level. We have an opportunity to reach more than 3000 meters by hiking the hill on side of these villages. You can see a small trail with Tibetan flags. The village view from Top is something wonderful to have.
Ans: We need the Valid Passport copies with Nepal entry visa. We also need two passport size pictures for Permits and Tim’s. According to Passport, we will prepare Tim’s card and Permits. Instead of TIMs Card, we may have Khambu Municipality Fee. Among TIMS and Khambu Municipality Fee we only need one. The people of Khumbu don’t want Tim’s card. Instead of TIMs, they want to implement the Khumbu charge which is Double than Tim’s card. They have implemented it for a long time. It is still not fixed whether this will long last or again Tim’s card will be implemented.
Ans: Actually Everest luxury trek is an easy and comfortable trek with lots of enjoyments and excitements. The mountain may bring different problems in that case the company will not be responsible for that. The company always wants a successful trip and works for that. Some time natural calamities and bad weather may ruin the trip in such a case we are not responsible.
Ans: During the trek, the lunch will be provided in the hotel where you can select the items and sometimes the hotel will provide the buffet dinner.
Ans: We will provide tea and coffee. You can have up to 7 cups of tea or coffee during the trek. During the lunch and tea houses, you can have machine coffee by paying yourself if you want to have.
