Nepal government has decided to restrict the Nepal arrival visas. This step has taken for the prevention of the Corona Virus. Citizens from the Republic of China, Japan, South Korea, Italy, and Iran are restricting to enter Nepal On arrival. For these country people, they need to obtain a visa earlier if they want to visit Nepal. They can get the visas from the embassies of Nepal in their respective countries. The process of a suspension starts from 7 March 2020. It will last for 24 days till March 31, 2020.
After the meeting led by Deputy Minister and defense minister, the decision comes ou. Nepal government has also decided to suspend all the international promotion campaign of visit Nepal 2020. The decision makes because of the coronavirus outbreak in various parts of the world. The minister of tourism, culture, and civil Aviation Mr. Yogest Bhattarai informed about the decisions of promoting domestic tourism. He added that all the visit Nepal 2020 planned promotion at the international level has suspended for now.
Conditions of coronaVirus in western countries
In recent times the virus has been engulfing the western countries. Italy confirmed infection had risen. They confirm 1576 infected and 34 deaths till now. In Germany, there is also infected almost double. France also has an increasing number of infected and among those 9 are on serious conditions. Iran also has raised death numbers from 43 to 54. And confirm infections are more than half to 978. All this country has to apply for a visa earlier after Nepal Arrival Visas suspension for them.
