TTB permit required before applying for a visa and for this, you have to send the following details before your arrival. Photocopy of passport, Full name, Nationality, Passport No., Expiry date, occupation, Date of birth.

At those conditions, you do not need Tibet travel permits for your Tibet tour. This Home returns permit is also known as Mainland travel permit.
