13 days Everest base camp trek is one of the trekking in Nepal. Nepal is between China and India. Most of the trekking regions are on the China border side. Kathmandu to Everest base camp Journey

13 days Everest base camp trek start after receiving at Kathmandu airport on arrival. The cultural dinner in Thamel with dance as well as music mesmerizes anyone. The scenic flight to Lukla begins the adventure of a lifetime. Following the Dudh Koshi River, the trail takes you to Namche Bazar. Namche Bazar is the Sherpa capital for all the villages in upper Khumbu. The local market on Friday and Saturday is something to watch out for. With a stunning view of Everest and other mountains, the trail goes to Tengboche village. Tengboche villages offer blessings to everyone passing through. The highlight of the trail is the Thukla pass where we can see the memorial stupa. The memorial belongs to famous climber Sherpa as well as climbers outside Nepal.

On the 8th day, the important part of 13 day Everest base camp trek arrives. The important part of the trek is the base camp. We can see the Khumbu icefall as well as step on the base of Everest. We cannot see Everest from base camp so we will wait the next day for Kalapather. Early in the morning, we need to hike Kalapather for sunrise as well as Mountain View. The 360-degree Mountain View is the main attraction of Kalapather's viewpoint. Kalapather is the highest point of a trek with an elevation of 5545 meters. It is 181 meters higher than the base camp.

Day 01: Received In Kathmandu Airport (1400 meters) on arrival
Day 02: Fly Lukla Airport (2860 m) and Trek to Phakding Village (2610 m).
Day 03: Trekking to Sherpa Village Namche (3440m).
Day 04: Acclimatization Day in Namche
Day 05: Trekking to Tengboche Village (3860 m).
Day 06: Trek to Dingboche (4410 m).
Day 07: Dingboche to Laubecha (4910 m).
Day 08: Trek to Gorekshep (5140 m) Then to Everest base camp (5364 m) and trek back.
Day 09: Hike Kalapather's viewpoint and trek down to Pheriche village (4240 m).
Day 10: Trek down to Namche bazaar (3440 m)
Day 11: Trek down to Lukla village (2860 m)
Day 12: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu.
Day 13: Farewell /Final departure.

Itinerary

01

We will welcome you upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport. Take you to a hotel in Thamel. Brief you about trekking as well as dinner together in the evening.

The trekking guide will pick you from the hotel and take Kathmandu airport. The domestic terminals fly to Lukla airport where we start out trek to base camp. Have breakfast in Lukla and walk 3 hours to Phakding village for overnight stay.

Following the Dudh Koshi river our journey to base camp entry on the Sagarmatha conservation area. We will have lunch in Jorsella. Jorsella is the last village before Sherpa capital Namche. We will pass Everest's first viewpoint as well as Hillary Suspension Bridge.

Today is the rest day for Everest base camp trek. Instead of staying ideal we will visit Everest viewpoint or visitors park in Namche. Walking around high point help your body to acclimatize. We can see many mountains including Everest from the viewpoint. Trek down Namche to have lunch and stay the night.

Today is one of the interesting hiking to do. All the way we will see Everest on front. We will have lunch in Phunke Tenga and walk uphill to Tengboche. Tengboche monastery is the main attraction of this village. All trekkers as well as expedition visit there for blessings and good luck.

Today's journey is short and sweet. All the way we will able to see Amadablam Mountain. We will pass Pangbochea village and Somare. We probably have lunch in Somera. We will stay at night in nice and wonderful villages in Dingboche.

Today is the hardest day because of height and walking uphill from Thukla to Thukla pass. Thukla pass is the memorial point. We can see lots of memorial of those climbers who died in Everest expeditions. We will reach Laubecha for the night to stay.

Today is one of the interesting and long day treks to Everest base camp. We will start early so that we will be on time to base camp and back. We will spend some time on base camp to enjoy and click pictures. We will stay in Gorekshep.

Today is the interesting hike in the morning to Kalapather. We will reach 5545 meters from sea level. We will be able to see a 360-degree mountain view as well as a base camp. We can see Everest close as well as big on size. Trek down Gorekshap and have breakfast. We will walk down all the way to Pheriche.

Following the same trekking routes, we will trek down Namche today. We will have plenty of time to relax in Namche village. We have options of going movie or bar for a drink. Playing pool and doing celebrations is what people do in Namche.

Today we will walk all the way to Lukla village. Lukla is the last village of the 13 days Everest base camp trek. Stay the night and wait for the flight the next day.

After the flight came we will fly to Kathmandu. We will have plenty of time to do sightseeing or visit around markets. We will have a farewell dinner in the evening.

Today we will drop you to the airport for a final departure. On the way back home you will have plenty of time to remember the memories of Everest base camp trek and think about the next adventure in Nepal.
